Comparison Of ALT In Type 2 Diabetics with And Without Fatty Liver Disease

Objective: To determine the association of alanine aminotransferase in type 2 diabetic patients with and without fatty liver disease.
 Materials Methods: A cross-sectional study was done for six months at Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zaid Al-Nahyan Hospital Rawalakot. In our study, we included all who presented to outpatient department (OPD) having diabetes mellitus. Their age, gender, height, weight, duration mellitus were noted. function test (LFTS), fasting blood sugar HBA1c, lipid profile also time their OPD visit results They given an appointment ultrasound abdomen from radiology detection disease noted on next visit.
 Results: Total population 90 out which 35 (38.8%) male 55 (61.1%) female. 58 years mean age population. Fatty present 50% patients. ALT raised a baseline value 36 61% while 83% The 208 mg/dl. not significantly different disease. However, it found that uncontrolled glucose levels have statistically proven as P less than 0.05. Also, high higher incidence compared normal level but difference significant shown by more 0.05.
 Conclusion: is common Type sugar. There rate whose control optimum.
